Warframe Item Upgrader
Interacting with NPCs who upgrade items allows a player to upgrade equippable equipment. Each upgrade boosts one stat, and some upgrades grant additional stats.
The stats improve as you progress, and reach the highest level at 6. In some cases an upgraded item can gain an additional bonus that increases its overall value compared to the perfectly rolled non-upgraded version.
Recycled items
Many of the items we use daily are recycled, such as paper, glass aluminum, plastics and paper. Some of these items can be recycled into new products like shoes and clothing while others can be reused for building materials like concrete and steel. This helps to reduce the amount of waste we create and saves on energy costs.
Before you put items in your recycling bin, it's important to know which items can be reused and which can't. This will prevent the contamination of your recyclables and make it difficult for recyclers to sort them. This will enable you to recycle more often and make better choices for new purchases.
Aluminum cans, glass bottles, and jars are also recyclable. Metals such as aluminum, tin and steel can also be recycled, as are certain metal objects. Plastics such as ice cream containers and soda cans are all recyclable, as well as plastic bags. Clothing and shoes can be recycled but they're not as widespread as other items.

Extra stats

Rerolling
Players can alter the stats of previously acquired equipment by rolling the item upgrader. This option is available for most upgrade items, including weapons and armor. It is important to keep in mind that the new stats won't retain the original set bonus. The rerolled item will also lose its level and any resources that are used to upgrade it are wasted.
The upgrades available to the player are shown in a rectangular window. This shows all upgrades that the character has received, sorted by rarity. Clicking on an upgrade will show its detailed stats and bonuses. The window also displays the status of all upgrade items even those that aren't connected to an item.
The EZ Upgrader helps players find the most affordable cash upgrade quickly and easily. It costs 1 Angel Investors and has no game-related benefits, however it's a great method of examining upgrade options without opening the upgrades menu.
To activate the EZ Upgrader, the player must select "Interact" when interacting with dice outside the Restaurant during Preparation Mode. The EZ Upgrader will create blueprints for ingredients or appliances. Appliances with neon blue borders have a zero% probability of appearing in the shop or on rerolls while staple appliances such as the Danger Hob and Power Sink will not be produced. Ingredients and equipment that do not belong to the Staple Pool or the Non-droppable Pool will also never be manufactured through the reroll or shop.
The item upgraders allow you to change the stats for armor and weapons that are equippable above 385 ilvl. Equipment can be upgraded with physical power, spell power, or health. The maximum ilvl of these upgrades is capped at 400, and the cost of upgrading them rises with each step up the ilvl track.
In order to increase the variety of upgrade options available players can create multiple Blueprint Cabinets and Copying Desks on a single day. This allows players to add more blueprints onto the list of items the item upgrader creates and will allow players to increase the number of rerolls. Making copies of multiple cabinets will delay production.
Set bonus
A set bonus is a secondary stat boost for a certain set of mods. The set bonus gains strength dependent on the number of set mods that are equipped and excludes duplicates. (For instance that if a Warframe has both the melee and primary mods with the Vigilante set's "Enhance critical hits" bonus it will only count for one). The set bonus cannot be improved by normal fusion.
Certain sets offer several options, with the initial offering a basic bonus, and the remaining ones improving by the amount of set items you wear over the basic amount. Fables of the Feywild, for instance, offers the bonus set with two items equipped and a better bonus if you wear more.
Benthic gear can be bought from Voidbinder Zorlan or Voidbinder Strzah in Mezzamere in exchange for Prismatic manapearls. After you have purchased the Benthic piece you can upgrade it with these manapearls at an upgrader for the item to gain level and additional stats. You can also reroll items with the same stats with the upgrader. Unlike enchantments, however, an upgrader can't apply the same effect repeatedly.
